Poetry is a language which hearts only speak. Poetry is for the soul that longs for the intangible. Poetry is for the mind that seeks to dream. Poetry is for the one that desires a sojourn.
In a world which is oft-confusing for the hearts, Rumi Nights create a space for hearts to gather. In Rumi Nights, soulfully hearts connect over readings of Mowlana Jalaluddin Rumi's poetry. Sharings and reflections become the alchemy for connection to each other and cultivating presence to the emergent moments.
A typical session includes, meditation, remembrance, poetry readings, discussion/discourse, and some contemplative silence.
Poetry reader is the host, Linda Kader, based in Melbourne, Australia.Linda loves Rumi’s work and keen on creating spaces for others to connect through Rumi’s poetry. She is a doctor serving her local community.
